What we collect
When you join the founding list, we collect only what you type into the form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to share it
- The product and shade you're interested in
- How you found us, for example which social post you came from
We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to see overall visitor numbers and which sections people read. That data is aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it
- To give you first access when pre-orders open
- To send launch news and product testing updates
- To help match you to the right sunscreen shade if you ask
- To understand which products and shades people want, so we plan production properly

What we will never do
- Sell your information to anyone
- Share it with advertisers or data brokers
- Spam you. You'll only hear about launch, testing results, and founding list benefits

Where your information lives
Form submissions are stored securely with our website hosting provider. Access is limited to the uncaast founding team. We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights
At any time, you can:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it and remove you from the list
- Unsubscribe from any email, using the link in that email

The legal part
We process your information with your consent, given when you submit the founding list form. For visitors in India, we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For visitors in Australia, we follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're elsewhere, you get the same standards.
This website and our founding list are intended for people aged 18 and over. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and email you first if a change meaningfully affects how your information is used.
